Your Impact
As Transport Scheduler based at our Southbank, Melbourne Head Office, you'll be the heartbeat of our national transport network.
From last-mile deliveries to interstate linehaul by road, rail and sea, you'll design safe, productive and cost-effective transport plans that keep our customers happy and our operations moving.
Every day, you'll balance service, safety and cost while collaborating with teams across the country.
Please note: the nature of this role requires a Sunday - Thursday roster.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimise transport schedulesacross multiple modes to deliver on time, every time
Own the order-to-delivery process– from order processing and shipment creation to truck allocation and customer time slotting
Solve problems fastby managing escalations and working with stakeholders to keep freight flowing




Drive performancethrough accurate reporting, proactive communication and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You'reorganised and analytical, with a knack for turning complex transport challenges into clear, achievable plans
You bringexperience in logistics or transport planning, ideally with SAP or similar systems
You thrive in afast-paced environment, balancing priorities while keeping customers front of mind
You're anatural collaboratorwith solid communication skills and a passion for delivering results
