Mobilize is seeking an Operations Lead to run the warehouse and workshop in a hands-on leadership role.
You'll own goods inwards/outwards, valve builds, and workshop planning, while mentoring the team and driving safety, quality and efficiency.
This position reports to the leadership team and requires practical experience with industrial valves or similar equipment, plus solid operational know-how.
