Irrigation Estimator – Local Perth Company

Salary:$110,000 – $130,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking anIrrigation Estimatorto join our team, supporting a range of irrigation projects from consultation through to installation.
This is a hands‐on role where you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
Hours:Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret irrigation plans, project documentation, and bills of quantities to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, including issuing requests for quotes and evaluating submissions.
Prepare detailed pricing, take-offs, and tender packages for projects.
Ensure all estimates meet project requirements including budgets, safety, quality, and technical specifications.
Support the handover of projects to the construction team once tenders are approved.




Assist in the preparation of project schedules, resource allocation, and construction methodology documentation.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in irrigation, construction estimating, or related administration roles.
Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick‐paced environment.
Solid problem‐solving and organisational skills.
Exposure to CAD or other technical drawing software is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
