Job Description
About the Role
This is an
on-site position
that can be based at
Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Waverley or Brighton
, with regular travel required to support all dealership locations, including
Mornington
.
Reporting to the
Aftersales and Service Managers,
your responsibilities will include:
Processing warranty claims and ensuring accurate documentation and submissions
Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts Departments to gather warranty information
Monitoring claim progress and following up to ensure timely resolutions
Maintaining accurate records of approvals, rejections and reimbursements
Remaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and procedures
