We're looking for an experiencedProcurement Managerto join a quick-paced healthcare organisation, managing a complex supplier network and delivering solid service and inventory outcomes across multiple customer segments.

About the Role
You will manage day-to-day procurement operations across + vendors and multiple product categories, ensuring consistent product availability and efficient inventory management.
Working closely with operations, commercial and finance teams, you'll play a key role in balancingKPIsacross a diverse healthcare customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise a large supplier base *+ vendors), ensuring reliable supply and strong commercial outcomes
Lead procurement activities across 6+ product categories
Monitor and drive core KPIs
Improve supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, cost, quality)
Partner with commercial, finance and operations to ensure supply continuity
Manage purchase planning, order execution,
and supplier communications
Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
Support contract negotiations and supplier reviews
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain leadership within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries
Strong leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees
Demonstrated success in improving fill rate and inventory performance (stock turns)
Experience across multiple product categories and complex distribution environments
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
