Project Manager
2XM Recruit is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial plumbing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across WA. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager with a solid plumbing background to join the team.
This is an prospect to step into a long-term role where you’ll manage a variety of commercial construction projects from start to finish, supported by experienced trades, solid systems, and a collaborative team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of multiple commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing projects from award through to completion and handover
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, apprentices, and suppliers
Reading and interpreting hydraulic drawings and specifications
Managing RFIs,



technical queries, quotations, and project variations
Monitoring budgets, costs, margins, and project performance
Running site meetings and maintaining strong relationships with clients and head contractors
Coordinating procurement, materials, and project scheduling
Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
Mentoring site teams and driving successful project outcomes

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager, Site Manager or Supervisory role within commercial plumbing or construction
Current WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
Experience managing project budgets, costs, and variations
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings and specifications
White Card
Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
