Price & Speed is a longstanding logistics and transport operation based across multiple sites in Sydney's Botany precinct. We manage a broad range of import and export freight operations, specialising in sea freight subject to Biosecurity and Australian Border Force requirements. The group also operates a digital billboard business with technology deployed across multiple locations.

We are investing heavily in technology, automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes and enhance decision-making across the business.

We are looking for an AI & Technology Systems Coordinator who is hands-on, adaptable and enjoys solving real business problems with technology. This role combines traditional IT support, infrastructure and systems administration with practical AI implementation, automation and business process improvement.

You will work directly with our IT Manager and have exposure to every aspect of the business, from freight operations and compliance systems through to digital media technology and emerging AI initiatives.

You will use AI tools as part of your daily work while helping the business implement practical AI solutions that deliver measurable improvements.

Alongside AI initiatives, you will also support users, servers, networks, cloud services and business systems across multiple operational sites.

What You Will Do

AI, Automation & Business Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows using AI and automation.
- Research, evaluate and deploy AI tools that provide practical business value.
- Develop AI‑assisted workflows, automation solutions and internal tools to reduce manual administration.




- Work with operational teams to understand business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the development of AI agents, reporting solutions and business intelligence tools.
- Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and related technologies to improve efficiency, documentation and decision‑making.
- Explore integrations between business systems using APIs, automation platforms and AI‑assisted development tools.
- Help establish AI governance, best practices and staff training programs.

IT Support & Infrastructure

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across office and operational environments.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory and business applications.
- Assist with user administration, device management and endpoint security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Support server infrastructure, backups, system monitoring and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Assist with network administration, including switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and multi‑site connectivity.
- Support digital billboard infrastructure and associated technologies.
- Document systems, procedures and repeatable solutions.

Projects & Systems

- Participate in technology rollouts, upgrades and infrastructure projects.
- Assist with ERP, transport management and operational systems support.
- Liaise with software vendors, technology providers and external support partners.
- Help evaluate emerging technologies relevant to logistics, transport and digital media operations.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in an IT support, systems administration or technology‑focused role.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and business technology.




- Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANS and Wi‑Fi.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in improving business processes through technology.
- Ability to work across both office and operational environments.

Highly Desirable

- Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Make, Zapier or similar tools.
- Exposure to scripting, APIs, Python, PowerShell or low‑code development platforms.
- Experience supporting multi‑site operations.
- Exposure to ERP, TMS, logistics or transport systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and modern IT governance.
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting or dashboard development.
- Exposure to digital signage or billboard management systems.
