GMGP (Good Meat Good People) is a growing premium meat retail brand specialising in Wagyu beef, Korean BBQ cuts and quality food experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Sales Assistants to join our newly opened kiosk at Westfield Chatswood.

GMGP Kiosk – Westfield Chatswood

A premium Korean BBQ and meat retail concept store.

The Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Recommending products and explaining different meat cuts
(Full product training will be provided.)
- Merchandising and replenishing pre-packaged meat products
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the kiosk and display cases
- Operating the POS system and processing customer transactions
- Assisting with general store operations
- Working closely with other team members to deliver a positive customer experience

Employment Type & Availability

Full-time and part-time positions available

Flexible roster options

Working days and hours will be discussed based on your availability and the operational requirements of the store

Availability to work Thursday evenings and weekends is highly regarded

Applicants are not required to be available for all store trading hours

Store Trading Hours

Monday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm

Tuesday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm

Thursday: 9:30 am–9:00 pm

Friday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm

Sunday: 10:00 am–6:00 pm





Please note that individual shifts will be scheduled within these trading hours.

About You

- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Basic conversational English
- Able to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred, but Not Essential

- Previous experience in retail, kiosks, supermarkets, butcher shops or hospitality
- An interest in food, Korean BBQ, meat products or Korean cuisine
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded due to our diverse customer base
- Other additional language skills are also highly regarded

Pay

Competitive hourly rates based on experience, employment type and the applicable award.

Penalty rates and other entitlements will apply where required.
