Belmore Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Tamworth, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is integral to our company's reputation for excellence, and your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations.

Key responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling all project activities, establishing timelines and milestones to ensure efficient project delivery
- Managing project budgets, costs and resources, including procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as required
- Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, suppliers and regulatory authorities
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety legislation, applicable codes and standards and company policies
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation including reports, plans and contractual records
- Managing quality assurance processes and conducting site inspections to verify work standards
- Leading and coordinating on-site teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are achieved




- Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts in a timely manner to maintain project momentum
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop, implement and improve systems and procedures that enhance project efficiency
