We're looking for an experienced MC Driver to join our Rockhampton depot, completing local deliveries and pickups across the region. Every day is a little different, but the goal is always the same...move freight safely, look after our customers, and get home at the end of your shift.
What you'll be doing
- Completing local deliveries and pickups throughout Rockhampton and surrounding areas
- Operating MC vehicles safely and professionally
- Loading and unloading freight where required
- Completing pre start vehicle inspections
- Working closely with our depot and operations team throughout the day
- Providing professional service to customers during deliveries and collections
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and road transport regulations
- Representing Blacks Transport with professionalism on every run
What we're looking for
- Current MC Licence
- Experience in general freight or local transport operations
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valuable knowledge of safe load restraint and freight handling
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Good communication skills and customer awareness
- The ability to work independently while still being part of a team
