About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and passionate Dermal Therapiststo join our Sydney team. This is a multi-location role and successful candidates must be willing to travel between our Sydney clinics as required.
We are currently offering Full-Time and Part-Time positions, providing flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.
You will play a key role in delivering advanced skin treatments, supporting patient treatment plans, and contributing to overall clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, skin needling, LED, and device-based therapies
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment pathways and homecare recommendations
- Support doctors and cosmetic injectors with pre- and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Drive retail skincare sales through genuine patient education
- Contribute to a positive team culture across multiple clinic locations
About You:
- Qualified Dermal Therapist (Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a clinical or cosmetic setting preferred
- Confident performing advanced skin and device-based treatments
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professional presentation and patient-focused approach
- Flexible and willing to travel between Sydney clinics
