Silky Oaks is seeking positive and energetic locals to assist our front office team as a Guest Services Agent, providing a valued point of contact between guests and operations.
This multi-faceted Part time role will see you meeting and greeting our discerning guests, processing arrivals and departures, maintaining room accounts, assisting with guest enquiries, working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Impeccable presentation and phone manner
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
- Flair for organization with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Excellent word, Excel and Publisher skills
- Available to work on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday
- Full current Australian Drivers License
- Must have RSA
- Suggesting and booking tours
- Arranging transfersHandling enquiries from local operators
- Making Restaurant and Spa bookings
- Scheduling the operations daily movements
