We are a fast-growing mortgage broking platform operating under the My Loans Services network, currently supporting a team of around 20 brokers with a strong growth plan to reach 70–80 brokers by end of 2026.

Our business is built on a strong ecosystem of:

- Buyer’s agents
- Property developers
- Accountants, insurance brokers, and other referral partners

We offer mentorship, training, systems, and full back-office support to help brokers succeed and scale.

Role Overview

We are looking forexperienced mortgage brokerswho want to:

- Increase their income
- Focus on writing deals rather than admin

This role is ideal for brokers who are already writing business but want abetter platform, higher split, and real support behind them.

Commission Structure

- Up to 90/10 split (Depends on the expeirence)
- Performance-based review available
- Designed for high-performing brokers who want to scale

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Generate recent leads through networking, partnerships, and marketing activities
- Collaborate with buyer’s agents, real estate agents, and other partners
- Support clients through pre-approval, submissions, and settlement




- Ensure high standards of compliance and documentation
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships

Ideal Candidate

- Have experience as a mortgage broker

- Have strong client management skills

Requirements

- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (minimum)
- ABN (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in loan submissions and lender processesStrong communication and professional presentation
