The Project
You will be joining the team on a $350M major project in Eastern Sydney, one of the most significant builds currently underway in the city.
This is a high-profile assignment with a talented and experienced project team around you.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Subcontract procurement, letting and administration
Progress claim assessment and payment administration
Variation preparation and management
RFI management and consultant liaison




Cost reporting and budget tracking
Contract drafting and documentation
Supporting the senior commercial team on day to day delivery
What We Are Looking For
2 to 5 years experience in a CA role with a reputable contractor
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
Experience on commercial, education, defence or major project settings preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with Jobpac, procurepro, Cheops, Aconex or similar platforms
