Enemix is seeking a contracts specialist to own high‐value contractual matters across live EPC projects.
You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts from front‐end drafting through to claims resolution, while working with an experienced Legal Counsel and project teams.
You will identify contractual risk, advise on entitlements under standard forms, and support dispute avoidance and resolution.
This role requires robust knowledge of Australian construction law and experience with variations
