MACA is seeking a Leading Hand to lead a crew responsible for maintaining HME equipment on site at the Waggrakine project in WA.
You will supervise trades, plan servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance while ensuring hazards and safety procedures are managed on site.
You will need a proactive leadership style, solid time management and the ability to coordinate priorities with supervisors and tradespeople across the maintenance team.
