The Prospect
The Finance Analyst role delivers insights, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and executive decision-making. This role works closely with the commercial and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and report monthly performance result and commentary
Preparation of monthly board and leadership reports
Support the Annual Budget and long range strategic plan preparation
Coordinate the monthly forecast process




Develop and maintain models to support planning and decision making
Month End Journals
Investigate variance vs forecast and budget, provide commentary
SG&A; Monthly reporting
Support Sustainability reporting

About You
3 - 5 years experience within a similar position
Experience within FMCG or manufacturing is preferable
CA or CPA Qualified (or working towards)
Someone who enjoys asking questions, challenging the status quo and adding value
