Role: Forklift Driver

Locations: Marrickville, NSW

Salary: $40.00 per hour + Overtime + Super

Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday 07:00am - ongoing work

Driver Hire Sydney currently supply the biggest transport companies in the NSW market.

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work alongside our client who is based in Marrickville, NSW. The client is a family run commercial business specialising in poultry production.

Duties of the role:
Operating Forklift Counterbalance moving pallets of poultry products between their Cold Storage and Production site.
Maintain clean and orderly warehouse
General warehousing duties
Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
Complying to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures
Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

Requirements of the role:
Current Forklift Licence – Counterbalance experience is essential




Experienced in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution setting
Experienced in general warehousing duties
An up-to-date Resume
Physically fit
Valuable communication skills
Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance
Unlimited work rights in Australia
Available for an immediate start
