The Network is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager (EL2) to lead the delivery of critical cyber security initiatives as part of a significant enterprise-wide cyber uplift program.

This is an excellent prospect for a senior project professional with a strong background delivering complex cyber security programs within large and highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security projects and workstreams.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance reporting.
Drive collaboration across business, technology, security and vendor stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with government and industry cyber security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder engagement and strategic project leadership.
Translate technical cyber security concepts into explicit business outcomes and recommendations.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and objectives.

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:
10+ years' experience delivering complex cyber security projects within large organisations.
Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks including ISO 27001,



NIST, Essential Eight and SOCI.
Proven experience delivering enterprise security initiatives, including:
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Zero Trust
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Network Security
Active Directory
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
Governance, Risk and Compliance programs
Demonstrated expertise managing project finances, schedules, governance and risk frameworks.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and vendor management skills.
The ability to influence senior executives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Requirements
Active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
Ability to commence in October
Previous Federal Government experience highly regarded
