Labourforce are seeking an EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS to work in Fremantle and Maddington
About the role:
Must be able to work a roster from Monday - Friday
AM Shifts on Offer (7.30am-15.36pm for Fremantle locations & 8.00am-4.00pm for Maddington Location. Both with a 30 min unpaid lunch break)
Pay rate of $35p/h (casual loading included)
Working for busy dispatch companies
Immediate starts available! Temp to Perm chance!
Experience needed:
Administration experience in Australia essential!
Data Entry & invoicing
Use of warehouse management softwares
Liasing with clients & other general admin duties
Outbound delivery confirmation calls
Proficiency with the use of Outlook, Excel and Word (other systems will be taught to you)
You will need:
Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours are full time) WHV & student visas will not be shortlisted due to the limited working restrictions
Have excellent attention to detail
Be computer literate
Have valuable written and verbal communication skills
High level of pride in work
Ability to work well within a team workplace
Own car (locations are not accessible by public transport)
