Join the team at Banks Benchtops Archerfield as a Machine Operator. In this full-time role based in Archerfield, you will be operating our machines to manufacture high-quality stone benchtops.
What you'll be doing
- Operate our machines to fabricate stone benchtops
- Read basic CAD programs and plans, and work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on the machines to maintain safe and optimal operating conditions
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve production targets
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation to support a safe working environment
What we're looking for
- Some experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within the trades and services industry (Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
- Proficient in reading CAD plans, and able to follow work instructions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
