JUNIOR DESIGNER

We're seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our dynamic team at Now We Collide, a creative and digital agency that pushes boundaries and delivers innovative solutions for our clients.

About The Role

As a Junior Digital Designer, you'll work alongside our creative team to develop compelling visual solutions across digital platforms. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning digital campaigns, video content, UI/UX design, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital advertising
- Design and develop graphics for video content, motion graphics for digital campaigns
- Assist in developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create social media content that drives engagement and maintains brand identity
- Collaborate with senior designers and content creators to execute creative concepts
- Contribute to ideation and storyboarding for video content
- Support the wider creative team with digital design tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of professional experience in digital design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a bonus)Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Experience in creating digital content for various platforms and formats




- Strong understanding of digital design trends and social media specifications
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills

- Motion design and animation capabilities
- Video editing skills (Premier Pro)Experience with 3D design tools
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Basic understanding of HTML/CSSExperience with social media content strategy
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
