THE ROLE
The primary purpose of the role, as a Senior Executive within Project Partners and the broader PeopleIN Group is to:
- Contribute to the development of the organisation’s strategy, business plans and cultural development.
- Drive business growth through existing and new client engagement plus creation and prosecution of the pipeline of engagement opportunities.
- Lead the day to day delivery operations of the business,
ensuring Project Partners consistently meets client commitments.
- Design and direct business improvement and acceleration initiatives to enable targeted business performance growth.
- Establish, maintain and role model Project Partners commercial and operational policies, processes and standards.
- Direct the development of IP and go-to-market collateral in line with client requirements and Project Partners growth strategy.
- Directly advise clients as required on, design, assurance, governance and leadership of their major business and technology programs.
- Work with the CEO and other directors to support the recruitment, Growth and performance management of the team.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably directed by the Company.
