The Role
- Build and grow the buyers agency division.
- Work with owner occupiers and investors to source suitable properties.
- Conduct property inspections and market research.
- Negotiate purchases on behalf of clients.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and relationship building.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to settlement.
About You
- Previous experience as a Buyers Agent or in residential real estate sales.
- Existing database and strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Confident working in a commission-only environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (or higher).
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
