Technical Delivery Lead

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join the technology team of a large, highly recognised Australian enterprise undergoing significant investment in its digital and technology landscape.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong view to permanency. The team is looking for someone who can quickly establish themselves in the role before transitioning into an Applications Portfolio Owner position, taking ownership of a portfolio of enterprise applications and helping shape future technology strategy.

Working across a portfolio of strategic initiatives and business-critical applications, you'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects while supporting ongoing operational improvements. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, you'll ensure delivery remains on track while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership,



commercial awareness and the ability to navigate a complex enterprise setting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- At least 7 years' experience in technical delivery, project leadership or a similar technology-focused role.
- Experience delivering digital technology projects within complex organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong project and vendor management experience.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing operational services, BAU activities and continual improvement.
- A team-oriented leadership style with the confidence to influence, coach and drive outcomes.
- Airline or similar industry experience will be invaluable.
