Shoalhaven City Council is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Leader to direct and support a dedicated AR team, focusing on debt management, billing process improvements, staff development, and cross-team collaboration within Revenue and Finance.

You will lead end-to-end AR service for a large debtor base, maintain the AR sub-ledger, and drive collections and recovery strategies, with a solid emphasis on compliance, customer service, and performance objectives.
