The Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders and after sales via Phone, email or in Person
- Greet customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Promote and sell products and services
- Build and Maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Understand customers needs and providing them with the best solutions to meet their requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals




- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm plus rotating Saturday mornings (4.5hrs)

What we are looking for

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Roofing or Building experience would be an advantage
- Good organisational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
- Basic computer skills
