We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation to find an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing Digital team delivering innovative customer experience initiatives. This role will play a key part in a major Google Pay project, while also supporting a range of digital transformation initiatives across customer-facing products and services.
Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Solution Architects and business stakeholders, you'll help shape solutions from discovery through to delivery, ensuring exceptional digital experiences for customers.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll work across multiple digital initiatives, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear, actionable outcomes for delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.
- Produce process maps, user stories, functional documentation and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Digital, Product and Technology teams throughout delivery.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute across Agile and Waterfall project environments.
About You
You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background delivering digital technology projects and the confidence to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
You'll Bring
- Proven Business Analyst experience within IT and Digital environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, documentation and testing.
- Experience working across Digital or Product teams delivering customer-facing solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Highly Regarded
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms or products.
- Exposure to digital payment solutions such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Zip Pay or similar.
- Experience within the airline, travel or broader customer-centric digital sectors.
