Who you are

You listen hard enough to hear what children haven't said yet. You bring your own spark and lift the team's, too. You're grounded in solid policy, adaptable, and you take feedback as fuel, not friction, because you know the best work happens in a collaborative space.

You'll bring

- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- A hands-on approach to supporting the lead educator with observations and documentation




- Confidence weaving culture, music and creativity through your practice
- The drive to build real connections with families and give genuine voice to children
- work between two sister services to build a strong learning community.
