Senior Reception / Concierge - Front of House – Brisbane

Bring your hospitality mindset to the heart of our client’s head office as their Workplace Concierge. You’ll coordinate the overall workplace experience, becoming a trusted go-to for employees and helping them navigate workplace services and spaces throughout their journey.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can build relationships at every level of the business, take ownership to drive outcomes.

From meeting rooms, catering and events to visitor management, communications, employee onboarding and daily logistics, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

This active role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting and manual handling throughout the workday.

What you'll bring to the role:





- Two years’ experience in workplace hospitality, hotels, airlines, premium retail or another customer-facing environment
- A polished, service-led approach with clear, confident communication
- The ability to read the room and adapt to the needs of employees and visitors
- Calm, practical problem-solving and a proactive mindset
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence with technology
- Qualified discretion and high presentation standards
