Hyundai Rotem Company in Australia is seeking an HR Officer to join our People & Culture team. This role goes beyond administration, providing frontline HR support to employees and leaders, and partnering with the HR Generalist to deliver a quality people experience.
You'll handle day-to-day HR enquiries, recruitment and onboarding, and help identify opportunities to improve people processes across our project workforce, with exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
