Janus Electric is re-engineering the backbone of road transport. We provide an OEM-agnostic conversion solution for heavy trucks, paired with a swappable battery ecosystem and a layered energy software platform.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to support our rapid growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all aspects of human resources — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.

What You Will Do:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent across all departments.




- Develop and implement a robust onboarding programme to integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
- Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations.
- Lead the transition to a comprehensive HRIS platform and ensure all HR policies are compliant and up-to-date.

What You Bring:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across the organisation.
