With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and lead from the front.
The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role running day‑to‑day site operations across civil, piling, demolition and excavation projects.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your site — driving safety, productivity, quality and team performance.
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations.
- Supervise subcontractors, plant and labour.
- Drive a solid safety‑first culture (WHS compliance essential).
- Monitor program and keep works on schedule.
- Problem‑solve on the ground and keep projects moving.
- Liaise with engineers, PMs, clients and suppliers.
- Ensure works meet specifications and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in civil construction in Australia.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (civil, demolition, excavation or piling).
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation.
- Confident leader who can manage crews and subcontractors.
- Able to read drawings and manage program sequencing.
- NSW tickets and licences required for site supervision.
You’re practical, decisive and lead by example.
