A fantastic opportunity to join a well-known, high-performing real estate brand in Brisbane’s north-west suburbs. We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our rent roll by securing new managements and building robust relationships with local investors and landlords.
- Generate and convert new property management business
- Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
- Build relationships with landlords and referral partners
- Work closely with a high-performing property management team
About You
- Real estate experience preferred (BDM, leasing, sales or property management)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, organised and results focused
- Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willing to obtain)
