Bright Beginnings Early Years Learning Centre – Turvey Park is on the hunt for a passionate and flexible educator to join our team as Float Staff.

We are looking for educators who hold one of the following qualifications:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

As a Float Educator, you will work across a variety of age groups and rooms, supporting our team and building meaningful relationships with children, families and educators throughout the service.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Works well as part of a team
- Is versatile and adaptable across different rooms and age groups
- Has a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Is committed to providing high quality care and education




- Holds a current Working With Children Check
- Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or is willing to obtain)
