As one of Australia's leading First Aid Training providers we are seeking an experienced, energetic and passionate First Aid Trainer for a RECENT location we are starting upin Port Macquarie, NSW. The successful candidate will deliver accredited First Aid and CPR courses to public and corporate clients. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by empowering people with life-saving skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging First Aid and CPR training sessions to groups of varying sizes.
- Assess participants’ performance in both theory and practical components of the course.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid guidelines and industry practices.
- Administer and manage course documentation as required.
- Provide feedback to participants and issue certifications upon successful completion of training.
Key Requirements:
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
or equivalent or Diploma in Adult Education (Must have requirement)
- Current First Aid Qualifications (Preferred, Not Essential)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering First Aid and CPR training to a diverse range of participants.
- Experience in corporate or workplace training delivery (Preferred, Not Essential)
- AHPRA Registered RN/EN (Preferred, Not Essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working as a contractor.
- Advanced First Aid or other specialist health qualifications.
