Showroom Manager – Premium Furniture & Design Retail

This company is a Global brand. Bespoke in the A&D; sector. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing showroom within a premium furniture and design brand. The role is responsible for driving commercial performance, developing a successful sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a design-led retail environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of showroom revenue, conversion and sales pipeline performance While dealing with Tier 1 A&D; clients. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, building team capability and creating a premium customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive showroom sales performance, revenue growth and conversion outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Design Consultants and sales professionals.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are maximised.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and premium brand presentation.
- Oversee showroom operations including rostering,



compliance and day-to-day management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
- Manage customer escalations and build strong long-term customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience leading a retail sales team.
- Demonstrated success improving sales performance, conversion rates or customer outcomes.
- Strong coaching and people development capability.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and driving accountability.
- Background within premium retail, furniture, interiors, design, luxury or customer-focused environments.
- Robust operational and organisational skills.
