With a network of specialist accounting and advisory firms, the business is investing heavily in technology and continuous improvement to help its partner firms scale and succeed.

About the Role

Based in Queensland with travel required, this 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll own platform adoption across a defined group of practices, working closely with the Technical Model Office Transition Lead and Training Manager as the trusted contact helping teams embed the platform into daily operations.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with practice teams to drive adoption of the new platform and embed it into daily workflows
- Deliver training to adviser and support teams, building confidence and capability in the new system
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout transition, adoption and ongoing improvement
- Diagnose whether issues relate to training, process or system, and route them to the right team
- Represent the practice user perspective in testing and feed insights back to head office,



partnering with the Technical Model Office Transition Lead and Training Manager

Skills and Experience

- Strong background in Australian financial advice, with a solid understanding of advice systems and practice workflows
- Experience delivering training to adviser groups, in person and online
- Ability to diagnose system interconnectivity issues and pinpoint where users are getting stuck
- Demonstrated change management experience, with a track record of embedding new ways of working in established teams
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills, with the credibility to work with practice principals, advisers and support staff at all levels
- Self-directed, resourceful and comfortable with significant travel
- Exposure to Xplan, Captegra, Salesforce-based CRMs or accounting practice management software highly regarded
