Essential Criteria
- At least 3 years experience in establishing and managing Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context.
- Working knowledge of the SDLC, DevOps and CI/CD, with proven experience of release management tools like JIRA, Confluence and Agile Methodologies.
- Experience managing release-related interdependencies, ensuring adherence to key governance processes and milestone management, and maintaining the integrity of releases.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, along with valuable collaboration, time management and negotiation skillset.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to drive and improve all aspects of Release processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management; or Protected Agile.
Desirable Criteria
- Release and/or Project Management experience in Federal or State Government environments.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of the Solution Delivery Lifecycle and relationship to Change Management & Release Management.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats.
