About the Role

- Full-time permanent position – 38 hour week
- Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators and leaders
- Drive quality practice, compliance and operational excellence
- Build solid relationships with children, families and the community
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture
- Champion a “Safety First, Always” approach across all areas of the service

You will bring:

- Previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confidence in leading teams through growth, change and continuous improvement
- A passion for being part of the positive change in early childhood education
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to mentor, inspire and develop educators and emerging leaders
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and National Quality Standards
- A proactive, solutions-focused and positive leadership style
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children and teams
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators
