Your Role

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be making outbound calls to current Dulux account holders. You will be looking to connect, understand and qualify the current customer partnership across SA/WA to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.

you will be part of a larger team and be provided with coaching, developing and mentoring to help you grow your career. These roles have pathway opportunities into other sales and business related functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders
- Ensure Outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
- Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist resolve customer concerns and complaints
