- Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the assigned mall property
- Recommends the necessary improvements to ensure the safety, functionality and compliance of the property to the applicable government regulations.
- Oversees the daily operations of the mall and performs other related functions such as maintenance, asset management, marketing and leasing
Requirements
- Licensed Engineer or Architect
- With at least 5-7 years of experience in property management and operations, particularly in the mall industry
- With experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust leadership ability
