We have a position for a new Accounts Receivable Officer at our office in Prestons NSW.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and attributes:

Experience in an accounts receivable role in the construction, manufacturing or service industry

High level numeracy and reconciliation skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Excellent communication skills - fluent in English.

Position Description

In this position,



you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring that payment processes are efficient and accurate.

Duties include:

Reminders and follow up of overdue accounts as required

Reconciliation of the account discrepancies and investigating variances

Communicating with interstate branches via telephone & electronically in relation to account enquiries

Attending to credits and re-invoicing of clients for any previous errors

Set up recent customers and accounts

Allocation and receipting of payments

Ad hoc tasks as required

Work hours 8am to 4.30pm
