Mechanical Fitter - Water Treatment - Immediate Start!

Client: Global leader in environmental solutions, focused on water, waste, and energy management.

The role: We are seeking a hands on Mechanical Fitter to support the maintenance and operation of water treatment and environmental systems across Wastewater Treatment Facility in Kembla Grange.

Key duties include:

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Installations of pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and other plant equipment
- Fault finding and repairs.
- Monitoring water treatment systems and chemical levels
- Supporting PFAS water treatment/remediation operations
- Completing maintenance reports and safety documentation

Selection Criteria:

- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
- Experience in water treatment, mechanical, plumbing,



or industrial services preferred
- Must currently reside in Wollongong to be considered
- Own transport (depot not accessible to public transport)
- Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
