The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to further develop your career with a growing organisation in the Early Childhood Industry. As an experienced Early childhood teacher you exude passion for the early years and view each child as an individual. You will be responsible for providing support to children and fellow Educators to ensure exceeding quality practices and compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS). You'll have ongoing access to professional development and opportunities for career growth as the organisation continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

- Design, implement and evaluate your room's Educational Program and Curriculum Intentions Plan in line with the NQF, EYLF and Reggio Emilia approach
- Plan and lead intentional, play-based experiences across indoor and outdoor environments
- Observe, assess and document each child's learning and developmental progress
- Safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of every child, and meet your Mandatory Reporter responsibilities




- Create a warm, engaging and secure learning environment
- Supervise children with care and attentiveness
- Build genuine relationships with families, children and your team
- Contribute ideas and help the service continue to grow

What You’ll Bring

Full Time

- An ACECQA-approved bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood teaching (e.g. Bachelor or Master of Teaching (Early Childhood))
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Paid WWCC and Child Protection certificate
- Secure Sleep & Food Safety (bonus but not essential)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in early childhood education
- Legal work rights in Australia required
