As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your leadership, attention to detail, and construction expertise will contribute to the seamless coordination of on‑site activities, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Role Location: Upper Hunter Regions (Muswellbrook, Scone, Singleton and surrounding areas to these regions)

To excel in this role, candidates should possess experience in the following areas:

- Site Management: Oversee day-to-day on‑site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate on‑site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality construction standards, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.




- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the construction process.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety, ensuring all on‑site activities comply with relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges, offering practical solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

Prospective candidates will possess:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field.
