About the Role We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Lead Hand / Site Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day site operations across one of our sites, it could be Recycling, Demolition, Earthworks and Civil divisions. You will lead a small team operating a variety of plant including excavators, screeners, crushers, loaders, and other mobile plant while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and quality.

We need someone who has at least some experience as a Leading Hand, or clear leadership aptitude. You might have led teams in a different industry but bring strong civil/plant experience and all the necessary tickets.

You will need to be really good at your job, we are looking for someone to lead from the front, sometimes jumping into a machine, other times keeping on top of admin or health and safety,



or ensuring the job is running to plan and budget and of course to keep the site running smoothly. If that’s not your thing, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently operate and supervise plant on recycling, demolition, earthworks, and civil sites
- Lead and coordinate small teams of operators
- Maintain quality control, site standards, productivity, and safety
- Handle site coordination, basic reporting, and daily operations
- Conduct site checks and ensure compliance with procedures

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience operating heavy plant (excavators, screeners, crushers, loaders essential)
- Prior Leading Hand / team leadership experience (or solid aptitude + proven civil background)
- All relevant tickets and a current White Card
- Strong safety focus, reliability, and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
