We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team on a Part-Time basis.

Our hotel features 68 contemporary guest rooms and suites, a large ballroom and events space, private dining room, restaurant and bar, and multiple function areas, making no two days the same. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards across all areas of the property.

The Role

As Housekeeping Team Leader, you will support the daily operation of the housekeeping department and lead by example to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and supervising the housekeeping team on shift





- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met

- Allocating daily duties and managing room assignments

- Training, coaching and developing team members

- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Working closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams

- Ensuring health, safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

- Responding promptly to guest requests and operational requirements

- Assisting with deep cleaning and project work when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader position

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team

- The ability to motivate and develop others

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

- Full Australian working rights
