Expect to provide:

- Proven work history and long-term experience as a sous chef/grill chef (or chef de partie, respectively)
- An understanding of food cost/labour cost and meeting KPIs
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Work history relating to the duration and completion of your apprenticeship
