What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the delivery of high‑quality commercial security installations while mentoring a small team of technicians.

Your work will include:

- Leading and mentoring a crew of 1–3 technicians
- Installing, commissioning and maintaining integrated security systems
- Planning work on site and coordinating daily activities




- Completing quality assurance checks to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Working closely with our control room during testing and commissioning
- Conducting client demonstrations and project handovers
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical solutions
- Contributing to a positive, professional team culture

The Systems You’ll Work With

We're looking for someone with robust experience across commercial electronic security systems, including:

- Integriti
- Inception
- Multipath systems
- IP networking and router configuration
- Access Control
- CCTV
- Intruder Alarms

Experience with enterprise‑level integrated systems will be highly regarded.

About You

You're someone who enjoys getting the job done properly the first time.

You take pride in your workmanship, communicate well with customers, and naturally support those around you. You enjoy mentoring junior technicians and understand that quality, safety and professionalism matter.

You'll also have:

- 10+ years' experience in the electronic security industry
- Private Security Registration (Installer & Advisor)
- Open Cabling Registration
- White Card
- Working at Heights and/or EWP (desirable)
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Strong IT and networking knowledge
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload




- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
- A desire to continue learning, including Protege GX certification
